Do phone cards work for prepaid cell phones?

I have a phone card, not sure what brand… if Minute Values is a brand, then that’s it. Will the time on this card work with my prepaid Virgin Mobile phone?

if you are talking about the "phones cards" for long distance and international calling, then yes, it will work with any phones, because it either dials an 800 number or a local number to connect. i wouldn’t suggest you to use your prepaid cell phone because that would be a double whammy, you are already paying for the phone card and at the same time paying for your air time minutes since you are using a pre paid cell phone.

now, if you are talking about the "cards" that loads minutes to your cell phone, then it has to be the same brand / carrier as your cell phone.

    It really depends on the service and weather it is dedicated to a special type of card or not. Like I have a tracfone (which I hate) and i would have to buy tracfone airtime cards.
